Dr. Adam Babcock PT, DPT

Co-Owner, Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer

After graduating from Northeastern University in 2016, Adam has gained experience in numerous settings, treating and training clients of all levels, from beginners to Olympic athletes.

Adam aims to foster confidence in exercise and movement through a well-rounded lifestyle approach, with transparency and long-term solutions at the forefront. Adam puts care into making each session about you as a full human: injuries, personal goals, and a touch of humor when you really need to hear it.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Adam finding any sport or activity to stay moving, often accompanied by his pup, Reuben.


Dr. Ryan Billich PT, DPT

Co-Owner, Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer

Ryan founded Sustained Fitness as a personal training clinic in 2016 and added physical therapy upon graduating from Northeastern in 2017. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Ryan’s goal is for you to have control over your body in all domains.

Success is a combination of vivid desire, thoughtful habits, and trustworthy support. Ryan ties these core principles into his physical therapy and training approach, as they are the keys to maintaining results.

Ryan is passionate about empowering others to make lasting change, and shares his message through public speaking and consulting.


Dr. Kyle Ashworth PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist, Strength Coach

Prior to receiving his DPT from Nova Southeastern University in 2021, Kyle was a collegiate and private strength and conditioning coach.

Over nearly a decade, he has worked with athletes, clients, and patients of all ages, from elementary school-aged to Tokyo Olympians. Movement is his passion, and he views it as fundamental to individual expression, communication, and daily happiness.

His approach is holistic and centers on developing patient and client autonomy through comprehensive, movement-centered treatment and training.
